We're looking for a warm and personable Design Advisor to join our superb team within our stunning Showroom in Bath a permanent, part time basis working 32 hours over 5 days of the week. You'll be someone who loves making people feel welcome, has exceptional customer service experience, a keen eye for interiors, and brings energy and organisation to everything you do.
What you'll be doing
As a Design Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, offering a warm welcome and thoughtful guidance as they explore everything from gifting and home styling to whole-home collections and kitchen design services. With a natural eye for interiors and a genuine passion for service, you'll help customers feel confident, inspired and supported throughout their Neptune journey.
Day to day, you'll:


A little about you
You'll have experience in a customer-facing role and a genuine love for interiors, with a natural confidence when it comes to colour, fabrics and styling. You enjoy getting to know customers, listening carefully and offering thoughtful advice that helps bring their ideas for home to life. You're organised and comfortable using tools such as Excel and Outlook, and you're motivated by achieving results while always keeping the customer experience at the heart of what you do. Most importantly, you're warm, approachable and enjoy working collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
