The Role - Design and Technology Teacher

• Delivering practical lessons as a Design and Technology Teacher
• Teaching small groups of SEMH and PRU students
• Planning engaging, hands-on sessions suited to a West Drayton setting
• Supporting students in developing technical and problem-solving skills
• Acting as a consistent and positive Design and Technology Teacher role model
• Managing behaviour in a calm and structured manner

Ideal Candidate - Design and Technology Teacher

• Experience working as a Design and Technology Teacher
• Strong practical skills across areas such as woodwork, resistant materials, or basic engineering
• Experience working with SEMH, PRU, or challenging behaviour (preferred)
• Strong behaviour management and adaptability
• Passion for supporting young people in West Drayton
