As a result of growth, they are recruiting for a Design and Compliance Manager to join their Refurbishment division on a permanent basis. The main purpose of the role is to provide ongoing design and compliance guidance to all operational staff across the business, building a culture of best practice whilst upholding the existing ethos of the business. You will play an important role in ensuring refurbishment projects are delivered to the highest standards of design integrity and compliance. Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Providing guidance and support relating to design & compliance during procurement stages and construction stages of refurbishment projects across the business.
