We currently have an exciting opportunity with one of our clients, a well-established and innovative refrigeration specialist based in Bedford. Operating across the UK, they design and build bespoke refrigeration systems and components, offering end-to-end solutions from concept through to installation. With a strong reputation for technical precision and reliability, they are looking for a new addition to their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Design Engineer to join a growing company and take ownership of the full design lifecycle in a dynamic and supportive environment.Key Responsibilities for a Design Engineer:Produce 2D and 3D designs using SolidWorks and other CAD toolsDevelop concept designs and convert them into detailed construction drawingsSelect components based on technical specifications and project requirementsSource and procure materials and parts for productionMaintain accurate technical documentation and project filesCollaborate with internal teams and field engineers to ensure successful project deliveryKey skills for a Design Engineer:Proficient in SolidWorks and other industry-standard CAD softwareStrong understanding of mechanical design principlesFull UK driving licenseBenefits for a Design Engineer:23 days annual leave + bank holidays (increases by one day per year served up to 25 days)Company performance-based bonus scheme assessed annuallyChristmas party/social events If you're a driven Design Engineer looking for your next challenge, Id love to hear from you, apply here.JBRP1_UKTJ
