Job Overview We are partnering with a market leading retailer who are keen to recruit a Design Manager working across Children'swear products. The Manager will lead and support a team of 6 and work across categories including Newborn, Baby and Toddler clothing as well as interiors, soft toys, gifts and bedding. Responsibilities

Work to develop and deliver global and local design strategies Create concepts that will guide the ranges Work with the Buying, Merchandising and Development teams to ensure design plans are effective and delivered on time Plan and manage budgets Attend and plan comp and inspiration shopping trips Be involved in the hands on design of ranges as and when needed Work closely with factories overseas

Qualifications The Design Manager must have previous experience in a similar role, with a commercial mind set and be uber creative, with a flair for delivering ranges that keep families at the heart of everything. This is a hybrid role and will be in the office 3 days a week. #J-18808-Ljbffr
