Design Manager - Commercial Fit-Out\n Location: London\n Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 DOE\n\nA leading London fit-out contractor is seeking a Design Manager to oversee design coordination and delivery across Cat A, Cat B, D&B and Cut & Carve commercial fit-out projects. You will manage consultant teams, review technical design packages, and ensure designs are coordinated, compliant and deliverable on fast-paced office schemes.\n\nKey Requirements:\n\nProven experience as a Design Manager within a fit-out or main contractor environment\n\nStrong knowledge of Cat A & Cat B commercial fit-out projects\n\nExperience delivering D&B and Cut & Carve refurbishment schemes\n\nMust have worked with Tier 1 main contractors (no subcontractor-only backgrounds)\n\nStrong technical design coordination and stakeholder management skills\n\nDegree qualified in Architecture, Design or Construction related discipline (desirable)\n\nGet in touch with Libby on (phone number removed) or apply to the job advert
