The Role A newly created opportunity within the Building Refurbishment division for an experienced Design & Compliance Manager. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring all projects meet current legislation, regulatory standards, and best practice across design and delivery.

This role will suit someone with a strong background in complex refurbishment schemes, including high-rise, retrofit, and listed buildings. You will be responsible for driving compliance, managing risk, and ensuring design integrity across all stages of the project lifecycle.
