My client are a reputable Tier 1 contractor who are looking for a Design Manager to join their team for an exciting project in Leeds!

Ideal candidate:

• Experience coordinating large scale new build projects 
• Ambitious and motivated work attitude
• Multi sector experience (desirable not essential)

Duties will include:

• Managing the design process within agreed timescales whilst displaying excellent technical expertise and commercial awareness.
• Coordinating all design stakeholders on the project including subcontractors and consultants.
• Working with the design and delivery teams to explore design alternatives.
•  Ensure the design process meets current legislation and strive to eliminate health & safety risks during the construction.
