Manage the design process from inception to completion, including producing design proposals, managing the tender process, and overseeing the construction phase Liaise with other teams within the company to ensure the design process is integrated with other aspects of the project Provide technical advice and guidance to the design team Develop and maintain effective project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and design briefs Manage project budgets and ensure financial targets are met Ensure all design work is completed to a high standard, within agreed timescales and budgets Develop and implement design policies and procedures to ensure continuous improvement of the design function

The Person:

Min HNC in Construction or Architectural or similar Experience working as a - Design Manager, Design Coordinator or Architect - in an Architectural Practice or Modular Building business Must have current or prior experience in hands on design of Modular Buildings or similar using AutoCAD or Revit Good understanding of Building Regulations is a MUST Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong verbal and written communication skill Proven ability to review and improve processes and procedures, looking for innovative and creative solutions
