The successful Design Manager / Design Leader / Lead Design Engineer will be responsible for leading a team of design engineers, overseeing the entire design lifecycle from concept development through to production, testing, and delivery. Full product training provided.

The Design Manager / Design Leader / Lead Design Engineer will ideally have hdraulic system design experience and proven experience of leading a team of designers or a compentnt Hytdraulic Design Engineer looking for progression in to management.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Hydraulic design engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Act as the technical authority on hydraulic and fluid power systems, ensuring all designs adhere to performance, safety, and reliability standards. Oversee the full design lifecycle: concept development, prototyping, production, testing, and final delivery of the hydraulic systems.
