Utopian Professional Recruitment are delighted to be working in partnership with an award winning Scottish based company who are looking to recruit a Design Project Manager on a full time, permanent basis.

Working as part of a highly successful business, our client is seeking a self motivated, driven and organised individual to manage and coordinate the pre-development phase of taking developments through planning and warrant to live operation. The candidate requires to work to deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail and a pro-active approach to ensure Developments are fully prepared for site start.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Management of Pre-Development Delivery Coordination of key stakeholders internally and externally to meet key project deadlines Manage key consultants (engineers, architects, etc) to obtain consents/warrants/purified conditions in a timely and cost effective manner Support to the commercial, construction and sales and marketing team Assist with the production of all site project information and schedules and act as the Design Lead for THL The ideal candidate will have experience of working in the house building industry and a strong understanding of the planning and warrant process Engineering experience is also welcomed

To be considered for this opportunity, we are looking for:

Be educated to SCQF Level 7 or have relevant knowledge and experience Have experience of working in the house building industry Have a strong understanding of the planning and warrant process A full UK driving license is a requirement

Benefits

Hours of Work – Monday to Friday 8.30-5pm (37.5hrs per week) Salary – will be dependent on experience This role will be office based with some travel to sites Generous holiday allowance with Xmas & NY office closure Pension Car Allowance, which will be discussed at time of application Private Health Care Free Gym Membership!
