We are looking for someone who is trend aware with a strong understanding and passion for high street fashion, ideally from a supplier background. The individual will be managing Childrenswear (main range and nightwear) & Ladies Nightwear with an emphasis on graphics and prints. ? Main responsibilities and duties: Using fabric sources to create, design and develop collections for various commercial retailers, understanding the needs and style of each customer. Present collections to a range of stakeholders, taking on board feedback and adapting ranges where necessary. Collaborate with the sales team to manage your accounts, presenting a unified approach to customers Liaise with buyers, merchandisers, and production teams to ensure collections meet cost and margin requirements. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform design direction; using insights to develop mood boards and concept ideas.
