The Senior Designer role will ideally be based remotely in London and will report to our offices in Lincoln. You will manage a team of Designers and accompanying them throughout the design process through to installation. You will work closely with Project Managers in delivering projects to a high standard. You will be joining a company with strong values, one which genuinely respects its people and rewards them with uncapped commission. We are looking for bright achievers with a natural flare for interior design. In return, Krantz Designs will provide the training and support to enable you to excel in this role. Sales and design experience in the industry is an advantage but more important to us are candidates that are dynamic and ambitious, possessing the required design and development flair needed to understand deliver a successful project from start to finish. We are looking for someone that is naturally enthusiastic and hard-working, with excellent communication skills and interaction. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual, working well as part of a team whilst confident in assuming responsibility for all independent work. A background in design is essential. Key Points: A natural flare for design Sales experience Experienced in the design industry and with preferably a design degree. Managerial Experience Hold a valid UK driving license Flexible 40 hours a week. Excellent communication skills The ability to multi-task and deliver against deadlines Customer service driven The building of and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Interpreting the client s needs and wishes The ability to execute and deliver a project from start to finish on budget Competent on computers (training given to our specific design Software) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year Benefits: Company pension Experience: Interior Design: 3 years (preferred) Work Location: In person
