The Role Reporting to the Despatch Manager and, out of hours, the Shift Manager, the Team Leader is responsible for coordinating shift activity, leading the team, and ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate warehouse and despatch operations while maintaining excellent customer service levels. The role requires strong leadership, operational awareness, and a proactive approach to health & safety, performance management, and continuous improvement. Candidates will be self-motivated, conscientious individuals willing to be flexible and work a rotating annualised hours on a 3-shift pattern including night shift.
