Were seeking a Lead Nurse Manager to join a purpose-built addiction and recovery treatment service, delivering exemplary care in an outstanding environment. ? About the Role
In this role, youll combine strong clinical skills with the ability to guide, coach, and inspire a small, dedicated team. Youll ensure that every service user receives safe, compassionate, and effective care while supporting the development of your colleagues.

  • Working pattern:
  • 3 days per week supernumerary (9am 5pm)
  • 1 day per week leading on the floor (7:45am 8pm)
Youll also deputise for senior leadership when required, ensuring the clinical team remains visible, effective, and aligned with best practice standards.
? What Were Looking For
  • Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Previous leadership experience as a Ward Manager, Clinical Lead, Deputy, or Senior Manager
  • A passion for substance misuse care and supporting recovery journeys
  • Strong mentoring and coaching skills, with the ability to develop others
  • Experience in care planning, incident management, and clinical governance
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with resilience under pressure
Desirable:
  • Leadership or clinical educator qualification
  • Nurse Prescriber qualification
  • Experience in addiction treatment or behavioural health
