Location: Various sites across Nottingham City, Mansfield, and Derby areas. Must be willing to travel. Own vehicle and limited business use insurance are essential.

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading and inspiring catering teams to deliver exceptional food and service.
2. Ensuring all kitchens operate to high standards through audits and improvements.
3. Designing and implementing seasonal menus that meet School Food Standards and Food for Life criteria, in collaboration with the food development officer.
4. Creating bespoke menus with input from schools, pupils, and staff.
5. Promoting our meal offer at school events through tastings and demonstrations.
6. Supporting and developing school cooks to enhance their skills and confidence.
7. Driving continuous improvement in catering operations serving over 2 million meals annually.
