Salary: £35K - £40K

We are looking for an experienced individual to help manage new and existing projects to make sure they are running smoothly. This is a new role in this team, so you will be in charge of working with the Head of Development and Head of Creative to help shape how this will be implemented into the team.

You will also need to be comfortable working with other teams to collaborate on projects and campaigns that span multiple services.

Key responsibilities

Act as a primary point of contact for new clients who have come to Flaunt Digital for the first time for a design and development project. You'll attend regular meetings and respond promptly to communications via email, Slack, and Microsoft Teams. Managing expectations, ensuring consistent client engagement and satisfaction through proactive support and clear, timely updates. Maintaining and strengthening client relationships throughout and following the project.
