Overview

“If you skilfully follow the multidisciplinary path, you will never wish to come back. It would be like cutting off your hands” - Charles T. Munger

If you are interested in a challenging career opportunity that requires professional development, continued growth, and significant responsibility, this is likely an exciting proposition.

Real estate development is a truly multidisciplinary career. It requires knowledge of law, regulation, finance, construction, probability, viability and technical aspects such as engineering. The burden on development has increased substantially over the past 30 years.

This is an opportunity to become a live player in a real estate fund and become a truly multidisciplinary expert in development.

About SAV Group

SAV Group is a specialist property investor and developer, focusing on repositioning and redeveloping assets across the UK. We aim to create positive economic impact and long-term value for our investors, the companies we invest in, and the communities in which we operate.

The combined value of SAV Group’s completed and ongoing projects exceeds £800m. We specialise in enhancing hotels, student accommodation, apartment buildings, and retail properties through strategic asset management, repositioning, and redevelopment.

We manage the full lifecycle of real estate: acquisition, planning, construction, delivery and asset management. This requires deep multidisciplinary thinking across planning, regulations, law, finance and construction.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable graduate to join our development team and grow into a role that spans the full spectrum of real estate development. The work is intellectually broad and requires curiosity, analytical depth and the willingness to take on responsibility.

This role suits candidates who enjoy understanding how different factors—planning, regulation, design and economics—fit together, and who can form clear and logical conclusions from varied sources.
