This role sits within a high-performing, outcomes-focused people team and plays a key part in strengthening workforce resilience through high-quality insight, reporting and analysis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys turning people data into meaningful insight and supporting inclusive learning and development strategies at scale.

The Role

You'll work closely with HR, Learning & Development and senior stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely and relevant insight that enables confident decision-making and drives measurable change across the organisation.

• Contribute to wider Learning & Development and Inclusion activity when required, including events, roadshows, outreach programmes and training sessions

• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement, helping reduce non–value-added activity while considering risk, impact and opportunity

• Provide ad hoc administrative support to enable wider team projects and initiatives

• Proven experience in an analytical, data-focused role

• Advanced Excel skills and strong Power BI capability (building new dashboards and maintaining existing ones)

• Experience handling sensitive and confidential information

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work to tight deadlines
