This role sits at the centre of their creative kitchen, developing new concepts and elevating dishes to a consistently exceptional standard. They are seeking a Development Sous Chef with Michelin-level skill, strong flavour understanding and the ability to create refined, visually striking dishes. Around 80 percent of the role focuses on tasting and development, with 20 percent supporting high-calibre events.
