About the Role: 21HSC are recruiting for a Development Worker who will play a key role in delivering high-quality employability and mentoring programmes for young people and adults aged 1425. This is a rewarding and varied role, focused on supporting individuals to access, engage with, and sustain participation in integrated employability pathways and one-to-one mentoring support. The successful candidate will contribute to shaping services, empowering individuals, and helping them progress towards independence, education, or employment. Working as part of a dedicated and supportive team, you will deliver accredited training, coordinate mentoring relationships, and build strong partnerships with external organisations to enhance opportunities and outcomes for those accessing services.
