Die maker Job type: Permanent, Full time - 40 hours a week Working days are Monday -Friday consisting of 8 hour shifts. They have a strong customer focus and an understanding of the need for a close working relationship with their clients, together with honest and realistic expectations Duties & Responsibilities of a Die maker: * Achieve daily production plan * Comply with company processes and procedures * Maintain a high level of housekeeping * Passing of own work * Work with a flexible approach and when required assist with other departments in the factory * Comply with the company health and safety procedures * Ability to work to deadlines Job description: * Read and interpret technical blueprints and design models to gain a comprehensive understanding of the required parts * Use machine tools to manufacture tools and dies * Measure finished parts to ensure they meet specifications using precise measurement tools * Assemble, disassemble, and test products to ensure functionality and quality * Repair damaged or worn out tools and dies * Inspect finished products for defects and en...
