Who We Are Looking For:
Diesel Technicians at all experience levels
Day, afternoon & evening shifts available
Passionate individuals who are eager to learn and grow
Position Requirements:
High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
1-3 months of related experience and/or training (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company insurability standards
Position Preferences:
Vocational technical school training or equivalent experience
Automotive or medium/heavy-duty truck experience
Key Responsibilities:
Perform minor repairs with efficiency and accuracy, following dealership and factory standards
Diagnose malfunctions and carry out repairs under the guidance of a supervisor
Assist with major repairs and collaborate with fellow technicians
Communicate effectively with the parts department to ensure timely repairs
Perform road tests when required and document all work performed
Stay up-to-date on manufacturer technical bulletins to provide the best service possible
Work in a team environment, ensuring a safe and productive workplace
