Dietitian - Community Manager UK
New Yesterday
AtOh!My Snacks, we believe in the power of science-based nutrition. We are a snack brand committed to health, taste and responsibility, and we want to walk side by side with those who know the subject best: dietitians. We are building an exclusive community of nutrition professionals: a space for sharing knowledge, scientific updates and direct collaboration with the brand. Our aim is to value and amplify technical, responsible voices in the conversation about food, with high-quality content, practical tools for clinical practice and real opportunities for co-creation.
To manage this project, we are looking for a dietitian with a passion for communication, science and building relationships.
Main responsibilities:
Curation and Creation of Scientific Content
- Select relevant and up-to-date technical topics and transform them into practical materials for social media and our internal communication with the community.
- Produce and/or review content such as guides, e-books, posts and newsletters.
- Ensure all content aligns with the latest scientific evidence.
Community Management and Engagement
- Moderate discussions and encourage knowledge sharing among professionals.
- Create activities that foster debate and collective growth.
Continuous Education and Event Organisation
- Plan podcast sessions, masterclasses and round tables.
- Invite experts to enrich community debates and activities.
Connection Between Brand and Community
- Collect and organise feedback from dietitians about products, packaging and resources.
- Work closely with the internal team to develop a support platform to help dietitians confidently recommend our products.
Operational and Relationship Management
- Keep the community active, with a consistent routine of posts, events and onboarding for new members.
- Manage campaigns, contact lists, welcome boxes and activation actions.
- Provide individual support to key members and respond to specific queries.
Ideal profile:
- BSc Dietetics ou BSc Nutrition and Dietetics and registered with the relevant professional body - the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Experience in clinical practice.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for science, social media, communication and collaborative projects.
- Strong organisational skills, empathy and autonomy.
- Commitment to staying up to date in nutrition and health fields.
We also value:
- Basic knowledge of tools such as Notion, Teams, etc.
- Previous experience with communities or relationship programmes for health professionals.
What we offer:
- Active involvement in a pioneering project that champions science-based nutrition.
- Creative freedom and space to innovate with real impact on people’s lives.
- Remuneration aligned with experience and profile.
- Opportunity for growth and visibility within the professional community.
