Our success comes from a blend of great clients, proactive teams and a shared appetite to always look for a better way.About the roleOwn client relationships and act as the main point of contact for digital marketing initiatives, including Paid Social, Organic Social, Paid Search (PPC) and Organic Search (SEO).Develop and implement strategic digital plans aligned with client goals to deliver measurable results.Manage and execute ongoing projects, ensuring seamless collaboration both internally and externally.Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail. Ownership of forecasts and billing activity within the CRM and accounts system.Take a proactive approach to identify growth opportunities for clients and driving revenue.Work cross-functionally with internal teams including Web, SEO, PPC, Social, and Content.Support the professional growth of team members and maintain alignment on goals, deliverables, and timelines.Ensure positive client experiences, profitability, and reduced client churn through excellent service delivery.Regularly report on client satisfaction, campaign outcomes, and project progress.Play an active role in onboarding and mentoring new team members.Skills required2+ years proven experience in account managing digital campaigns within an agency environment; Demonstrable B2B experience; Experience in property sectors would also be beneficial though not essential.A background in digital strategy delivering a range of digital services including PPC, Paid Social and SEO campaigns.Experience in client-facing roles with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A results-oriented approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team with several stakeholders.Even if there\'s not a live role right now, feel free to get in touch.
