Central Employment are working with an established Independent Performance Marketing Agency, as they look to recruit a client facing, commercially savvy Digital Account Manager, joining their Client Services team in Newcastle.

Hybrid working, Newcastle based x 3 days a week as a min, post 3 month probation Digital Account Manager profile: You will lead the development and execution of cutting-edge digital marketing strategies, ensuring that our services exceed client expectations and deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities: Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to client goals. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insightful reports and recommendations to optimise results. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful execution of campaigns. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our service offerings. Identify opportunities for account growth and work towards expanding client engagements. Experience Requirements: Demonstrable experience working within a marketing/performance agency is essential, 2-3 yrs min Proven track record of leading and executing successful digital marketing strategies for clients. Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and analytics. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
