The Opportunity
We're looking for a driven and ambitious Consultant with experience in sectors like FMCG/CPG, B2B, or Omni‑channel Retail to join our Business Consultancy team in London. You'll partner with top‑tier clients (e.g., LEGO, Coca‑Cola, Ford, Nestlé) leveraging your eCommerce, digital and business expertise to deliver diverse projects across a range of digital channels.
What You’ll Be Doing
Client Focus: Build strong relationships, understand client needs, and identify opportunities to deliver value. Serve as the bridge between the client and our team's expertise, leading consultancy engagements and managing key stakeholder relationships.
Strategic Thinking: Provide strategic guidance, conduct business analysis, and develop compelling proposals and roadmaps. Bring clarity to ambiguous situations and solve complex challenges, taking ownership of deliverables.
Proactive Engagement: Be open to learning about clients and their challenges, anticipating their needs and offering proactive solutions. Add significant value to their business and build lasting partnerships, identifying opportunities for scope expansion and contributing to cross‑capability solutions.
Digital Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of the eCommerce landscape, digital ecosystems, and platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud to craft innovative solutions.
Continuous Improvement
Stay ahead of industry trends, including advancements in AI and emerging digital technologies, and contribute to the development of our internal methodologies and services.
What We Want From You
Experience working client‑side or consultancy experience in eCommerce, with demonstrated experience leading projects.
Excellent working knowledge of digital ecosystems with hands‑on experience of Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
Digital expertise in FMCG/CPG, Retail, B2B, or Automotive.
Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills, with proven ability to manage stakeholder and sponsor relationships.
Experience in client discovery and information gathering through a variety of methods such as interviews, workshops, surveys, document review, and assessments.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distil complex information into clear, concise, and easily digestible formats for a range of audiences.
Confident presenter, adept at articulating insights and recommendations effectively.
Proven problem‑solving abilities and a passion for client success, with skills to analyse and interpret data and information to unearth challenges and understand their causes.
Strong understanding of digital technologies and selling/trading across multiple channels, coupled with an active use and passion for AI tools to drive efficiency and innovation.
Curious, ambitious, and driven, continually seeking new challenges and opportunities to grow and learn.
Organised with good time‑management and prioritisation skills, ensuring efficient delivery of projects and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
A collaborative team player, working effectively within cross‑functional teams and contributing positively to a shared goal.
Willingness to travel within the UK and potentially the EU.
