As a creative professional with a sharp eye for brand, detail and consistency, you transform complex ideas into compelling visual narratives. From proposals and presentations to social campaigns and digital assets, you ensure Unispace shows up in market with clarity, credibility and impact.
Working in close partnership with marketing, pursuits and regional teams, you play a central role in maintaining a cohesive and confident brand presence across all touchpoints.
What you’re responsible for
Visual & Brand Design (Core Responsibility)
- Designing high-quality, brand-aligned assets across digital campaigns, marketing collateral, presentations and proposals
- Developing templates and visual systems that drive consistency across regions
- Safeguarding and upholding Unispace’s global brand standards across all outputs
Digital & Social Content (Increasing Focus)
- Creating engaging visual content for social and digital channels, including LinkedIn and campaign assets
- Supporting content planning and production in collaboration with marketing leads
- Translating projects, insights and thought leadership into visually compelling stories
Commercial Support
- Providing graphic design support for pursuits and business development activity
- Supporting the development of case studies, credentials and client-facing materials
- Assisting with layout, formatting and visual QA of submissions and presentations
Collaboration & Enablement
- Partnering with regional teams to enhance local market visibility across EMEA
- Contributing to continuous improvement of templates, workflows and digital assets
- Supporting translation and localisation of materials where required

Your experience & skills
Essential
- Proven experience in graphic design within a B2B, marketing or commercial environment
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva and HubSpot (or equivalent CRM)
- Working knowledge of PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of brand systems, visual identity and content creation
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Fluent English, plus professional working proficiency in Italian, Spanish or French
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback
Highly Desirable
- Experience creating content for digital or social channels
- Familiarity with basic video, animation or motion tools
- Interest in how design supports storytelling and commercial outcomes
