Job Title: Digital Engineering Team Lead Location: Cowes, Isle of Wight on site Salary: Up to £70,000 dependent on skills and experiences What you ll be doing: Applying technical knowledge in the Digital and Electronic domain for complex Radar designs Team leadership and mentoring of the Digital Engineering team Responsible for the learning & development of the Digital Electronic Engineers working across the Radar product area Subject matter expert in Electronic Engineering discipline Coordinate Digital Engineering estimates in support of bidding activities and cost to complete estimates Your skills and experiences: Essential: A degree in Electronic Engineering or strongly related subject A solid understanding of the digital techniques design process including requirements generation, design and implementation. Knowledge of complex digital PCB design. The MFR Team: You will join our close-knit, multi-function radar team as a Digital Engineering Team Lead, working alongside a diverse group of inter-disciplinary engineers. In this role, you will help shape and advance our radar portfolio spanning both established systems and innovative new products designed to meet emerging and future threats.
