We continuously look to develop our service to ensure we continue to change and save lives.Job DetailsNORTH WEST AIR AMBULANCE CHARITYJOB TITLE: Digital Fundraising and Campaigns officerBASE: Hybrid with travel as requiredWORKING HOURS: 35 hours per week - Agile working 7am - 7pmSALARY: £27,250Overall purpose of the roleTo lead the development and delivery of North West Air Ambulance Charity’s digital fundraising activity and targeted community campaigns. The role focuses on growing sustainable income through digital channels—including gaming, livestreaming and influencer partnerships—while designing engaging campaigns that attract, acquire and retain supporters across priority audience groups.Main duties and responsibilitiesDigital Fundraising & InnovationLead the planning, delivery and optimisation of digital fundraising campaigns and initiatives to drive income growth across online channels.Develop and grow emerging income streams including gaming, livestreaming, and influencer-led fundraising.Monitor digital trends, platform developments and sector innovation to identify new opportunities and continuously improve performance.Campaign Development & DeliveryDesign and deliver creative, insight-led fundraising campaigns to engage new and existing supporters.Tailor campaigns to priority audiences ensuring messaging aligns with their motivations and interests.Support the development of new fundraising products, events and supporter-led initiatives.Content & CommunicationsCreate compelling, high-quality content for use across social media, email, web, paid channels and offline materials.Ensure consistent, engaging messaging across all campaign touchpoints to maximise impact and conversion.Relationship Management & StewardshipBuild and manage relationships with influencers, content creators, community groups, clubs and associations to extend reach and income opportunities.Deliver excellent supporter care and stewardship to encourage repeat engagement and long-term loyalty.Performance & InsightMonitor and evaluate campaign performance using CRM systems, digital analytics and social media insights.Report on KPIs, ROI and campaign outcomes, using data to inform future activity and improve results.Collaboration & IntegrationWork collaboratively with colleagues across all departments to deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns.Ensure alignment with wider organisational strategy and maximise cross-team opportunities.Compliance & Best PracticeEnsure all fundraising activity complies with GDPR, the Fundraising Regulator’s Code of Practice, and other relevant legislation.Deliver campaigns on time and within budget, maintaining high standards of quality and accountability.Person specificationQualifications5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and EnglishRelevant fundraising, marketing or digital qualificationExperienceDelivering digital fundraising or marketing campaignsWorking to income targets, KPIs and performance metricsCreating engaging content for digital channelsBuilding and managing relationships with supporters or partnersExperience with gaming, livestreaming or gaming fundraisingWorking with influencers or content creatorsExperience using paid digital advertisingSkillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to develop and deliver campaigns and operational plansStrong relationship-building skillsAbility to analyse performance data and improve resultsGood organisational and time management skillsConfident IT skills including CRM, email and social platformsStrong understanding of digital fundraising channels and techniquesAbility to identify, test and optimise digital fundraising opportunitiesAwareness of emerging digital trends, platforms and technologiesAbility to proactively spot opportunities and stay ahead of digital fundraising trendsExperience using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)Budget managementPublic speaking or presentingPersonal Attributes / BehavioursSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyCollaborative team playerCreative and proactiveCommercially awareAdaptable and open to innovationOther RequirementsFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicle #J-18808-Ljbffr
