Package:

• Up to £61,000 salary depending on experience
• Hybrid role based in Bracknell

Company:

• Collaborate across CRM, Insights and eCommerce teams
• Operate in a customer-first, innovation-led culture
• Shape acquisition campaigns across UK and Europe
• Support professionals and retailers in the beauty industry

The Role:

• Lead performance marketing including SEO, PPC, Paid Social and Affiliates
• Develop traffic and acquisition strategies for beauty professionals and consumers
• Collaborate with teams to create targeted, data-driven campaigns
• Manage lead generation funnels and agency partners
• Report and optimise for ROI and customer growth

About You:

• 8+ years in digital marketing, ideally within beauty, retail, or lifestyle sectors
• Track record of managing paid channels and improving performance
• Skilled in Google Analytics and campaign reporting
• Knowledge of GDPR and digital compliance
• Passionate about beauty, customers, and results
