Now we're looking for a Marketing Apprentice to join our growing team. This role is the perfect stepping stone for someone with a little marketing experience who's ready to develop their skills, learn from senior colleagues, and grow into a client-facing Marketing role.

In this role, you'll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job: Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital channels, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
Create and manage engaging content for social media, email marketing, and website platforms.
Maintain and update the company website using WordPress, ensuring content accuracy and relevance.
Manage and optimise SEO and Google Ads campaigns to improve visibility, traffic, and conversions.
Monitor and analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, producing reports and actionable insights.
Support client onboarding and account management, including reporting, meetings, and progress tracking.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and effective campaign delivery.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge Ability to manage tasks and projects effectively, prioritising workload to meet deadlines
Confident using Microsoft Office applications
Basic understanding of email marketing tools and best practices
Strong written communication skills with good attention to detail
Ability to work well as part of a team and collaborate with others
Well organised with good time management skills
Grade 5 in GCSE Maths & Grade 4 in GCSE English
Salary, Hours & Benefits: £15,600 per annum.
9 am -5 pm Monday to Friday.
20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays

Your Training with Baltic Apprenticeships

This Level 3 apprenticeship provides everything you need to immerse yourself in the exciting world of technology and launch a rewarding career in Marketing.

You'll get hands-on experience in all areas of technical support, from configuring devices to supporting with software, optimising performance and setting up virtual environments. With our unique curriculum and one-to-one support, you'll accelerate your skills and get the qualification and confidence you need to thrive in Marketing.

You'll be based full time with an employer and will quickly become an important part of the team. Our training is 100% online, including real-time classes with our expert trainers and self-paced courses created by industry specialists.
