Job Description

About the job:

We're hiring high-performing Digital Marketing Associates (Agentic) to join our agile in-house team. This is a data, creative, and AI-driven role, working across some of the fastest-growing direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands.

You will analyse performance data, develop new creative testing strategies, optimise full marketing funnels, and manage paid campaigns at scale — with AI and agentic workflows embedded in almost every part of your day. We offer a competitive base salary alongside an uncapped performance bonus directly tied to the performance of your campaigns.

This is a launchpad role designed for graduates and those with little to no prior professional experience.

What's In It for You:

  • Hands-on experience in a fast-paced, AI-forward digital marketing environment.
  • Mentorship from industry professionals.
  • Exposure to the latest AI tools and how they're being applied to real performance marketing problems.
  • Competitive base salary plus an uncapped performance bonus.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Agentic & AI-Powered Workflows — Design, build, and iterate on AI workflows, prompts, and agents that compound your output across research, creative, analysis, and campaign operations.
  • Performance Campaign Management — Launch and optimise advertising campaigns across major ad platforms.
  • Creative Strategy & Experimentation — Develop new ad angles and creative hypotheses for rapid testing at scale.
  • Funnel & Conversion Optimisation — Improve full-funnel conversion rates through multivariate and A/B testing.
  • Deep Data Analysis — Interrogate granular data from our proprietary data warehouse and translate insights into action.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Recent graduates, or candidates with little to no prior professional experience, with a passion for digital marketing.
  • A genuine interest in AI and hands-on familiarity with modern AI tools. Professional experience is not required, but you should be actively curious and eager to build real expertise in the space.
  • Individuals who combine analytical thinking with creative curiosity — comfortable working with numbers, but also excited to test new ideas and angles.
  • Self-motivated, high-agency learners who enjoy solving problems, interpreting data, and improving systems through experimentation.
  • Detail-oriented and structured in their thinking, with the ability to draw logical conclusions from performance metrics.
  • Based in London or able to commute daily to our Victoria office.

About Us: Our Company is at the forefront of innovative marketing strategies, leveraging cutting-edge AI tools and creatives to drive successful campaigns. We are looking for ambitious individuals who want to build real performance skills, work at the frontier of AI in marketing, and take ownership inside a fast-moving growth environment.

How to Apply: If you are ready to kickstart your career in digital marketing and master the art of performance marketing, apply now by sending your CV and a brief cover letter detailing your interest in the program to harry.thain@malaberg.com

If successful, you will be invited to a 30-minute screening interview. Followed by an online assessment, and final-stage assessment day for successful candidates.
