About the Role

We’re growing our freelance network and are looking for experiencedDigital Marketing Consultantswith deep expertise indigital media optimisation.

You’ll work with us on a freelance basis, helping brands get the most out of their digital investment with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to campaign setup, optimisation, and performance improvement.

We’re especially interested in consultants who have:

• Deep platform knowledge (e.g. Google Ads, Meta, DV360, Amazon Ads)
• Strong hands-on implementation experience from digital agencies
• A track record of performance optimisation across paid search, paid social, and/or programmatic
• Experience managing budgets and improving ROI in complex campaigns
• The ability to audit, optimise, and troubleshoot media activity across channels

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years experience in digital media execution and optimisation
• Strong technical understanding of key platforms, tracking, and attribution
• Ability to work independently to deliver fast, high-quality results
• Comfortable working with data to identify insights and improve performance
• Clear communicator, confident presenting recommendations to clients
• Experience across sectors is welcome - especially retail, ecommerce, or DTC.

How It Works

This is not a full-time role. Instead, we’re building a trusted network of experts we can draw on when the right projects come up. You’ll work on a freelance basis, and we’ll reach out to you as relevant projects arise.
