Digital Marketing Executive overview. To support the LTE Group’s significant growth plans through the development and delivery of an ambitious digital marketing strategy. Working directly with the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimising our websites and digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Skills, Qualifications and Experience To be successful in this role, you will need:
Qualified to degree level or equivalent in a marketing related area. Demonstrable experience of managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. A minimum of two years’ experience working in a digital marketing related role. Expertise in digital advertising (Paid Search, Paid Social), website content management systems, and analytics tools. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using web analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Search Console and Tag Manager to monitor and optimise website and digital marketing performance. Understanding of technical SEO principles and familiarity with tools (MOZ, SEM Rush). Excellent attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills, and strong listening skills. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
