Work Arrangement Currently, we operate a working pattern of 4 days in the office and 1 day from home. Key Duties & Responsibilities Management
Managing and developing the digital marketing campaigns strategy including Paid Media and Paid Social Media Managing relationships with external digital agencies Monitoring, analysing and reporting on all digital activities against KPIs Website content management and optimisation Liaise with on‑site teams, designers, and external agencies to ensure campaigns align with brand messaging, leasing goals and student needs. Work cross‑functionally with sales, operations, and the rest of the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and consistent brand voice. Develop digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition Identifies trends and insights and optimises spend and performance based on the insights. Stay up‑to‑date with digital technology developments and industry dynamics. Spot market opportunities and drive growth of the business Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing Digital competitive market analysis as required Updating the Digital Marketing Calendar ensuring it is kept up‑to‑date with activity. Coordinate digital elements of on‑site campaigns designed to engage and retain existing students. Work with site staff to support digital signage, interactive campaigns, or social media activations.
Oversee all Digital Marketing Campaigns
Work with the digital marketing agency to run and optimise digital marketing campaigns that generate leads which deliver to the firm’s occupancy and revenue objectives. This includes, but not limited to PPC and paid social media Track KPI’s and campaign performance across platforms using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager and in‑house dashboards. Work with the digital agency to ensure that all content is created in line with best practice with tags and calls to action. Review and optimise current PPC account structure
Website
Optimise landing pages, user funnels and conduct A/B testing for content within the website. Support optimisation of the Student Castle website in line with SEO best practice.
Email Marketing
Developing and implementing our overall email marketing strategy for events, promotions, lead generation as well as customer retention and prospect nurturing Developing contact strategies that not only target the appropriate consumers but also develop audience bases that are optimised for retention. Analysing insights from campaigns, creating reports and recommendations for improvements Support on email marketing, database management and CRM
Budgeting & Finance
Adhere to the finance budget process Deliver all agreed activity within budget and record marketing spend Assist and support the annual budgeting process ensuring that costs demonstrate ROI and targets are met for digital cost lines
Others
Provide regular reports and analysis against KPIs Identify opportunities to automate and improve upon established processes Partnering with regional teams to deliver local online activity Undertaking general team/finance admin e.g. raising POs and liaising with suppliers Managing relevant ad hoc projects as required
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing role Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Experience in real estate, accommodation, hospitality or retail preferred Confident using digital tools including Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva or Adobe Suite, email platforms, and social scheduling tools. Experience working with CMS and CRM platforms is essential. Strong presentation and copywriting skills Fluent in English, other languages a plus
