The Role and Candidate

As part of our growing European operations, we’re seeking a Digital Marketing Executive – Europe to drive our social media and paid digital marketing efforts across the region.

You will be responsible for managing our social media ecosystem, optimising paid media performance, and strengthening our brand presence across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong creative instincts, and the ability to collaborate with both internal teams and external platform partners.

Responsibilities

• Analyse campaign performance data to optimise strategies and maximise ROI across European markets
• Manage Meta Business Suite for the EU region, including ad accounts, pixels, and product catalogues
• Develop and maintain a consistent and engaging brand voice across social media platforms
• Plan and execute cross-regional paid media campaigns on Instagram and TikTok aligned with key KPIs
• Collaborate with platform representatives (Meta, TikTok) to leverage new tools, trends, and best practices
• Lead end-to-end campaign execution, from creative ideation to implementation and performance tracking
• Monitor social trends and audience insights to continuously improve engagement and brand positioning

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing or social media management
• Strong expertise in Meta Business Suite and paid social media tools
• Proven track record of delivering successful social media and paid campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• A proactive and collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Must hold a valid UK work visa or residency
