This is not an agency role and does not involve working on other Whitewall clients.Youll work100% onMeadowhall, alongside the centre team.

Whatyoulldo

• Lead all digital activity for Meadowhall, ensuring alignment to commercial goals and customer needs

• Manage the end-to-end digital journey across website, search, CRM, paidmediaand emerging channels

• Lead paid digital media activity with agency partners, delivering measurable impact

• Manage CRM activity including segmentation, emailcampaignsand automation

• Develop and deliver a digital roadmap across web, search, AIintegrationand wider digital improvements

• Manage day-to-day website content and performance

• Bring forwardnew ideas,innovationsand opportunities to strengthen Meadowhalls digital presence

• Lead digital projects from concept to delivery

• Scrutinise digital performance, moving beyond vanity metrics toidentifydrivers of commercial impact

• Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations

• Produce high-quality digital reporting for internal and external stakeholders

• Manage external suppliers and ensurebest-in-classdelivery

• Manage digital budgets,purchaseordersand spend tracking

• Work closely with the wider centre team, supporting digital integration across the organisation

• Support departmental events and activations

• 510 years experience in a fast-paced digital marketing environment within retail, leisure,hospitalityor consumer-facing sectors

• Experience leading digital strategy and delivering multi-channel campaigns

• A highly creative thinker who isconfidentchallenging ideas and exploring innovation

• Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability

• A proactive mindset and strong awareness of emerging digital trends

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire

• Strongorganisationalskills, able to manage multiple projects atpace

• A consistently positive,can-doattitude

• Ability to work weekends and evenings whenrequired
