Digital Marketing Manager | Live Events | London | Hybrid | Permanent

Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage and optimise paid digital campaigns across key platforms to achieve ticket sales targets.
- Own and allocate significant digital marketing budgets to maximise return on investment.
- Analyse campaign performance, web traffic and sales data to inform targeting and segmentation strategies.
- Develop and refine data-driven performance marketing strategies across international markets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing activity and ensure effective tracking, attribution and reporting.
Experience and skills that will deliver success in this role: The ideal candidate will be a commercially minded digital marketing professional with strong analytical capability and a track record of delivering performance-driven campaigns.
Essential:
- Extensive experience working with Meta Ads Manager.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and related reporting.
- Proven expertise in paid digital marketing, including paid social and PPC.
- Strong hands-on experience with major advertising platforms and analytics tools.
- Demonstrable experience managing substantial budgets and optimising performance.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience in campaign tracking, attribution and reporting.
Desirable:
- Experience working across international markets.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and optimisation techniques.
- Ability to contribute to broader marketing strategy and cross-team collaboration.

What’s on offer:
- Salary: £38,000–£45,000 depending on experience
