About the Role:

We’re looking for a talented Digital Performance Analyst to join a dynamic and growing team in the finance sector. You’ll play a key role in helping the marketing department understand the effectiveness of digital channels through quantitative data analysis and qualitative insight. Your work will contribute to the delivery of marketing initiatives and ensure outputs meet internal client needs.

What You’ll Do Provide performance MI and insights, offering actionable recommendations. Conduct deep-dive analysis into customer behaviour across digital channels and identify ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Use market research, internal data, and external products to deliver thought-leading insights that enhance marketing segmentation. Provide Marketing MI and create insight through customer experience platforms tailored to project and customer needs. Deliver insight into changes within the customer base through internal and external data sources.
