New Opportunity- Digital Print Production Operative Recruit 2 You is working with a well-established UK manufacturing business who are looking to recruit a Digital Print Production Operative to join their busy Digital Print team on a permanent late-shift basis. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced production environment. Full training will be provided on the machinery, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with strong IT skills who is looking to build a long-term career within manufacturing. As a Digital Print Production Operative, you will: Produce high-quality printed products in line with customer specifications
Operate digital printing machinery (full training provided)
Use design software, including CorelDraw and Rasterlink
Carry out quality checks before dispatch
Maintain a clean working environment and adhere to Health & Safety standards
Work collaboratively within a busy production team
Use initiative to solve problems and improve processes
What Were Looking For: Strong IT skills (essential)
Confident using computer software and systems
Good spelling and grammar
High attention to detail
Positive and professional attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Advantageous but not essential: Previous digital print or production experience
Experience operating Mimaki printing machinery
Familiarity with ISO9001 and ISO14001
Working Hours; Permanent Late Shift: MondayThursday: 1:45 pm 9:45 pm Friday: 12:45 pm 7:45 pm What You Can Expect: £12.22 per hour (pay review after 3 months)

Two unpaid 15-minute breaks per day
