Digital Print Supervisor | Essex | Full Time | Circa £31,000-£35,000 based on experience
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full-time Digital Print Supervisor to join a friendly team based in Essex (SS5 4AD).
Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Digital Print Supervisor to lead their busy print production team. This is a fantastic chance to manage a small, dedicated group of printers within a fast-paced, high-quality book manufacturing environment.
Please note - Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm. A degree of flexibility is expected to support operational needs, and occasional work outside these hours may be required to meet production demands or provide team cover.
Are you the right person for the job?
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to lead, motivate, and work collaboratively within a team
Experienced with both inkjet and toner-based digital print systems
A practical, hands-on approach with a focus on quality and efficiency
Calm under pressure and capable of adapting to changing priorities
Keen to take responsibility and pride in delivering excellent results
