Our global Web Digital team is responsible for delivering user-centric experiences across macquarie.com to support business objectives. We collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure our digital experiences are engaging, accessible, and aligned with best practices. Our team thrives in a fast-paced environment, driving innovation and delivering exceptional results.

While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many of our roles, this role does require 3 days a week in our advertised location.

What role will you play?

You will play a key role in delivering exceptional user experiences on macquarie.com. As part of a highly skilled global Digital team, you will utilise your expertise in website content authoring and publishing, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), User Experience (UX) design, and Google Analytics. In this dynamic environment, you will take ownership of your deliverables while collaborating with stakeholders on various projects and initiatives. You will also advise on best practices, be results-driven, and confidently deliver optimal experiences for our users.

What you offer

  • 4+ years of high-level expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) authoring and publishing.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple competing priorities effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of web principles, including UX design, WCAG 2.2 accessibility standards, and SEO best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics, and the ability to extract insights from data and provide actionable recommendations for performance improvements.
  • Experience in or deep knowledge of the financial services industry would be advantageous.
  • A tertiary degree in business, communication, media, or a related discipline.
