We are working with a valued client in the not-for-profit sector to hire a Digital Products Lead (Oracle). This is a key management role, and the new hire will own and be accountable for all Digital Products in the corporate domain, primarily focused on Oracle HCM and Oracle ERP. Role Responsibilities: Be accountable for the strategy and roadmap for digital products Maintain knowledge and expertise in emerging technologies, particularly around Oracle HCM and ERP/EPM Manage and develop the DevOps squad across the corporate domain Be accountable for service performance and change delivery across digital products Vendor and partner management through proactive relationship building Manage key risks and issues across assigned modules and business areas Be accountable for the audit and compliance of the system, ensuring good practice is met in accordance with Group policy.
