Digital & Technology Programme Manager – Local Government - IDOX & Alloy Systems 

Our longstanding client that operates within local government is hiring a Digital & Technology Programme Manager who has stong experience stakeholder engagement and supplier contract management skills. The successful candidate will lead the implementation of high-profile case management software projects, including those involving IDOX and Alloy systems. This is a 6 month rolling project to be based in South West London one to two days per week paying circa £600 per day inside IR 35.

Only candidates who have recent Local Government or Council Experience acting as Technology Programme Manager will be considered.

Role Overview The Digital Programme Manager will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of digital transformation initiatives across key service areas such as Public Protection, Planning, Public Realm, Highways, Land Charges, and Parking. The role includes managing in-flight projects, initiating new ones from scratch, and ensuring successful outcomes through effective leadership and coordination.
