The role will focus on growing digital engagement and digital adoption across an international partner ecosystem while helping establish a consistent digital sales approach across multiple regions.This position sits at the intersection of digital platform adoption, partner engagement and channel sales, helping partners transact more efficiently while enabling internal sales teams to focus on higher-value opportunities.Responsibilities:Digital Engagement & GrowthDrive growth in partner revenue transacted through digital sales and digital commerce platformsIncrease partner usage of online quoting, ordering and renewal capabilitiesDevelop initiatives that accelerate partner adoption and digital engagementPartner Engagement & EnablementLead initiatives to onboard and enable partners to use digital sales tools and partner platformsPromote the value of digital engagement in improving efficiency and partner visibilityIdentify barriers to adoption and improve usage through partner feedback and analyticsChannel CollaborationWork closely with digital platform teams, product owners and commercial leadershipPartner with marketing teams to support partner activation and partner programme initiativesCollaborate with analytics teams to monitor digital adoption and platform performanceProgramme DeliveryEstablish frameworks and reporting to support consistent execution across regionsWork with regional leadership to embed digital engagement and partner enablement practicesSupport continuous improvement of partner digital engagement processesPerformance & InsightTrack metrics relating to platform adoption, digital transactions and partner engagementProvide insights and recommendations to leadership on improving digital sales performanceIdentify opportunities to automate and simplify partner engagement processesSkills and Experience:Proven leadership experience in Digital Sales or Inside Sales environmentsStrong B2B commercial backgroundSignificant experience working within partner ecosystems including vendors, distributors, resellers or technology partnersDemonstrated success driving adoption of digital sales platforms or digital commerce platformsExperience operating across multi-country environmentsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret dashboards, KPIs and digital adoption dataExcellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skillsDesirableExperience within technology distribution, vendor partner programmes or channel sales environmentsFamiliarity with CRM systems, partner platforms or digital commerce toolsExperience supporting digital transformation, partner engagement or channel enablement programmesThis role offers the opportunity to play a key part in shaping how a global organisation engages with its partner ecosystem through digital platforms, delivering measurable commercial impact while driving meaningful change in partner experience and digital channel engagement.JBRP1_UKTJ
