The Digital & Social Media Manager will play a key role in bringing this vision to life.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will join an innovative and collaborative Marketing & Business Development team.
As an experienced digital marketer with a passion for building exceptional digital platforms, campaigns, and client journeys, you will take ownership of the firms digital marketing and social media strategy across the entire business.
Key responsibilities will include:
Developing and delivering an integrated digital and social media strategy aligned to the firms commercial objectives
Managing and evolving digital platforms to enhance brand presence and client engagement
Creating and overseeing high-quality content across social channels
Driving data-led campaigns to support business development, profile-raising and growth
Working closely with senior stakeholders across the firm to support strategic initiatives
This is a highly visible role offering real influence and the opportunity to shape how a modern Legal 500 firm presents itself to the market.
The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management
Strong strategic mindset with hands-on delivery capability
Experience building and managing campaigns across multiple digital channels
Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable working with senior leadership
Commercially aware, creative, and results-driven
Experience within professional services or a regulated environment would be advantageous, but is not essential.
