Job Title: Digital Tutor
*Multiple roles available*

Location: Remote - Must be flexible with occasional face-to-face delivery (fully funded)

Salary: up to £42,000 (Depending on experience)

Package: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Pension + Much More

X1 role: Level 2 delivery – Fully Online
X4 roles: Level 3 delivery – Online and Occasional Face to FaceEssential Criteria:

Must hold a minimum of a Level 3 Teaching qualification (PTLLS/AET or above).
For level 2 delivery, it would be advantageous to hold a relevant Digital Skills qualification e.g.: Computer Science / Networking / Cyber / AI.
For level 3 delivery, you must hold a minimum of a Level 4 qualification in a relevant Digital Skills field e.g.: Computer Science / Networking / Cyber / AI.
Experience of delivering accredited Digital qualifications/training, covering any of the following: Computer Science; Networking; Cyber; Social Media; AI; Python.
Hold occupational competency within the ICT / Digital IT sector
Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
Must be flexible with travel as needed.  Duties include:

Train, support and assess learners working towards short courses across a range of Digital Skills.
Support learners with CV writing, job searching, interview techniques and confidence building.
Identify and assess the needs of learners, overcome any barriers to learning and adapt course content and delivery style to meet these needs.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Support, advise and motivate learners.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.Personal Skills:

Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively
Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people
Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learners
