We have an exciting 6-month fixed-term opportunity within our Direct Works Services team, where you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality joinery repairs and improvement works for our clients. What you’ll do

Carry out joinery works within the Association’s own stock, focusing primarily on responsive repairs and void contracts. Undertake a variety of repairs and improvement tasks, ensuring a professional and customer-focused service.

What we’re looking for

Approved trade qualification and proven experience in joinery, ideally within reactive maintenance. Experience in the repair and replacement of window and door ironmongery/ components would be a strong advantage. Self‑motivated, confident, and able to work both independently and as part of a small, dedicated team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Awareness of current legislation and health & safety practices. Full UK driving licence is essential.
