Reporting directly to the Head of Operations for Global Business Development, you will take ownership of RFIs and early‑stage pitch operations, conflict analysis, process optimisation, tooling and content infrastructure.The position offers real influence over how Global Business Development operates globally. You will work closely with market growth teams, pitch leads and senior stakeholders to bring structure, clarity and consistency to complex processes, while helping the function scale through stronger data, content management and responsible use of AI. This is a senior, hands‑on role with no line management, suited to someone who enjoys solving operational problems, working across markets, and turning complexity into clear, high‑quality output.ResponsibilitiesLead end‑to‑end RFI delivery, partnering with local market teams to source, validate and structure data, and crafting clear, well‑judged strategic narrativesOwn conflict analysis and mapping at the early stages of pitches, identifying routes to participation, ensuring accuracy, and embedding outputs into the wider pitch processBuild, maintain and continuously improve a central repository of best‑in‑class RFI content, templates and supporting data to drive efficiency, quality and reuseSupport the global new business pipeline through opportunity intelligence, CRM updates, reporting, analytics and presentation materialsDesign and deliver operational improvements across Global Business Development, including playbooks, workflows and toolingContribute to AI-enabled workstreams, using tools such as Copilot to improve efficiency, develop prompts, enhance workflows and support agent development alongside AI specialistsManage cross‑functional operational projects independently, working with stakeholders across markets and functions to deliver on time and to a high standardQualificationsDemonstrable experience in an operational role within advertising, media or a comparable environmentStrong analytical capability, comfortable working with data sets, grids and Excel to manipulate, interpret and present information clearlyExcellent writing, storytelling and copy‑editing skills, with the ability to turn complex data and inputs into persuasive, well‑structured narrativesProven ability to improve processes, tools or ways of working, with a pragmatic and detail‑focused mindsetComfortable using AI tools as part of day‑to‑day work and able to articulate how you have applied them to improve speed, quality or efficiencyConfident working under pressure, adapting quickly and communicating proactively with stakeholders across time zones and marketsExperience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, and familiarity with workflow or project management tools, is highly advantageousAdditional InformationPublicis Mediaoffers a wide range of benefits to support our employees.
